A Family Nurse Practitioner is needed for a brand-new, state-of-the-art primary care facility located in a beautiful coastal community in northwest Oregon. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dedicated team of providers and support staff who are deeply committed to improving access to quality healthcare for all individuals in the surrounding communities.
The clinic s small size fosters a close-knit, family-like atmosphere , allowing providers to build long-term relationships with their patients and deliver truly comprehensive care. In addition to clinic-based primary care, this position includes providing direct patient care at a school-based health center located at Neah-Kah-Nie High School in nearby Rockaway Beach.
Average Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
Call Rotation: With a team of four providers, call is shared on a 1:4 basis, beginning Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. and concluding the following Tuesday morning. On average, providers receive between 0 3 calls per week.

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary Range: $125,000 $150,000
Paid Time Off: 20 days per year
Additional 8 hours for birthday + 8 32 hours for service anniversaries (based on tenure)
Optional annual PTO cash-out
Sick Leave: 12 days per year (may be converted to PTO once the maximum is reached)
CME Allowance: 40 hours / $2,000 annually
