We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to operate both standup and sit-down forklifts, load and unload trucks as needed, band and/or wrap parts to pallets or racks, and ensure part pallets, containers, and racks are labeled properly and QA approved stamped before loading into truck.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate both standup and sit-down forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Band and/or wrap parts to pallets or racks.
• Ensure part pallets, containers, and racks are labeled properly and QA approved stamped before loading into truck.
• Stage WIP parts into kitting rack; Stage WIP sheets into OLP racks; Stage WIP parts stackable racks into Repack.
• Comply with all organization’s policies, SOPs, and WIs; Hold team mates accountable as well.
• Continuously look for areas or processes to improve.
• Serve all team members, listen to understand, resolve issues at the lowest level; escalate if assistance is needed.
• All other duties assigned by management.

Preferred Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 months-1 year related manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of metric system, computer literate, able to operate a forklift, and able to read and write.
• Previous forklift experience.
