Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wellness Nurse located in the Greater Tucson Area. The Wellness Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the wellness of residents by monitoring their health, administering medications, providing healthcare assessments, and developing personalized care plans. Daily tasks include coordinating with the healthcare team, offering support and education to residents and families, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of residents’ health status. The Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in fostering a warm and caring environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Nursing skills: healthcare assessments, medication administration, monitoring residents’ health
• Healthcare coordination: developing personalized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team
• Communication: offering support and education to residents and families, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Documentation: maintaining comprehensive records of residents' health status
• Compassion and empathy: dedication to providing exceptional care for residents
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Experience in senior living or long-term care is a plus
• Ability to work in the Greater Tucson Area on-site
