Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Title: Project Manager with Planisware PPM Location: Foster City, CA 94404 (Remote/Hybrid) Durations: FTE / CTH / Contract Note: Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Planisware to lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise portfolio and project management solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of project lifecycle management using Planisware. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of projects using Planisware as the core PPM platform Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and define project scope Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting within Planisware Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and reporting standards Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support within Planisware, where applicable Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Planisware processes across teams Skills/Experience Experience Range - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology or enterprise project setting Strong hands-on experience with Planisware (Enterprise or Orchestra editions) in a PM or Admin role Knowledge of project/portfolio management processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interface with senior stakeholders Familiarity with GxP compliance, pharmaceutical, or life sciences domain is a plus Provide an overview and training on Planisware usage and system architecture Manage and maintain the Planisware System Console and architecture Handle Planisware administration, including Users, User Groups, Profiles, User Parameters, and User Traces; Build and manage Planisware Explorers, queries, and dashboards Planisware certification or prior experience in Planisware implementation/migration projects PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies BS/BE in IT/IS, Computer Science, or related and/or relevant experience Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RADIANSYS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid paternity leave Get notified about new Project Manager jobs in Foster City, CA .
