Your Journey

• Assist with leading the team, training new associates, and supporting the day-to-day operations.
• Prepare all specialty coffee and tea drinks to the specified standards, providing guests with professional, friendly, and timely service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of coffee equipment, counter, and prep areas; participate in ongoing service training of standards.
• Provide a daily/weekly inventory of coffee, tea, beverages, and supplies.
• Polish silverware/glassware as part of duties.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the normal scope of duties based on business needs, including stocking and menu knowledge.

• You have communication skills and enjoy engaging with guests.

Must Haves

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• One year minimum of barista experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.
• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.
