Located in Miramar, FL (onsite Mon-Thurs, remote on Fridays)
***Will be occasional international travel
Overview: This role will work directly with product teams by ensuring they have a clear understanding of the product objectives and priorities, and assisting IT teams in translating product concepts into user stories, epics, and other design deliverables such as project briefs, scope/requirement documents, guest prioritized needs, and infrastructure development.
Must Haves:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or hospitality (including documentation and familiarity with tools)
Ability to engage and present effectively with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors
Nice to Have:
Experience with resort or cruise line systems in the industry
