- Consider this excellent opportunity to provide outstanding oncologic care in a vibrant community along Michigans beautiful southwest coast! Position Details - Full-time position in a well-established, busy oncology practice.
- Join a collaborative team of four physicians supported by experienced staff.
- Comprehensive support services including a high-risk clinic, lymphedema program, radiation, genetics, hospice & palliative care, oncology nurse navigators, psychologists, and financial and social services.
- 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient role.
- 1:4 weekend call rotation.
- Epic EHR system in place.
- Provide high-quality care through consultations, follow-up visits, treatment assessments, and bone marrow biopsies.
- Actively participate in oncology committees, improve patient & team satisfaction, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Opportunity to teach and mentor medical students and residents during hematology and oncology rotations.
- Access to a dynamic teaching environment with residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine.
- Collaboration opportunities with 3rd and 4th year medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Central Michigan University College of Medicine.
Position Requirements - Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology.
- Michigan medical license (MD/DO).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
