The Accountant will be responsible for owning all aspects of international subsidiary reporting, equity operations, and various month-end close areas. This role reports to the Accounting Manager. How You’ll Make An Impact
Assist in various areas of the month-end close process with a main focus on international subsidiary reporting, intercompany transactions, debt and equity. Work with HR and payroll in the end-to-end process and administration of equity transactions (granting stock options, option pool budgeting, exercises, secondary processing, etc.). Support external reporting and compliance documentation for investors and lenders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Partner with FP&A, payroll, HR, law firms, and international outsourced accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting for international subsidiaries. Drive new accounting processes for new international subsidiaries as the company expands internationally. Play a key role in the financial audit process by preparing and reviewing disclosures for external auditors, preparing PBC items and financial statements with notes. What Makes You a Good Fit
Passion for changing processes and applying automation in a complex environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment or Big 4 experience. Strong understanding of ASC 718. Experience with Netsuite and Carta is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing environments. Compensation includes base salary, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges vary by location and experience. The annual base salary range for this position is $103,500-$129,000. Eligible employees may enroll in company group health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and a 401K plan. Relocation assistance may be provided for eligible roles. This position and all benefits are subject to applicable laws and company policies.
