is seeking SIGINT Analysts who shall have advanced SIGINT knowledge to identify and/or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest associated with a high value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment. The SIGINT Analysts shall coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and/or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives. SIGINT Analysts shall have a high level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies and must demonstrate a working knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools.
Responsibilities
Identify and/or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest related to a high value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment.
Coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure proper collection, dissemination, and precision geo-location.
Maintain proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering DNR and DNI technologies; utilize current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools.
Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings and products to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
8 or more years of SIGINT analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5+ years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies (e.g., NSA, CIA, or DIA).
At least 3 years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
Superior proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
Strong proficiency with the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
3+ years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or serialized finished intelligence products).
Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and current SIGINT databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
Experience using intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analysis and product development.
Strong briefing skills with the ability to direct and influence SIGINT operations.
Solid background in SIGINT analysis, systems, tools, databases, reporting, and collection management.
SOF and/or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
