We are hiring litigation attorneys at multiple experience levels to join our Utah team. The firm handles complex insurance defense matters, including trucking, premises liability, and general liability cases. We are looking for attorneys who are confident managing files, drafting discovery and motions, participating in depositions, and engaging with clients and carriers. This role is open to both early-career and senior litigators — from those growing under experienced leadership to those ready to mentor and lead. Key Responsibilities
Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct or assist with depositions and hearings Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals Contribute to trial prep and strategy For senior candidates: supervise and mentor associates and support staff Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Utah Insurance defense experience required Background in trucking/transportation law is a plus 4-7+ years of litigation experience Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills First-chair trial experience preferred for senior applicants Ability to work independently and within a hybrid/remote team Why Join This Firm
