About the Role
The Oracle CX Service Solution Architect will play a critical role in the implementation of Oracle Fusion Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. This is a 6 month contract role with milestone travel required. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Oversee and guide the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Service and related CX modules. Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions. Develop and enhance custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX to improve user experience and functionality. Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and support teams to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency. Ensure solutions adhere to security policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams. Required Skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion Service solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise application integration. Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Knowledge of security policies and compliance requirements. Seniority level
