This role is part of EY’s SAP practice, offering capabilities in Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors to drive operational efficiency and performance. The SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) focus delivers strategic solutions to transform logistics operations, reducing cost and improving quality and effectiveness. Your Responsibilities
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects and workstreams; manage processes and solutions to meet objectives. Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with performance goals. Lead client workstreams from planning through execution and closure; participate in Explore phase design workshops. Perform configuration of SAP EWM and related SAP modules; design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications. Conduct testing, support training material development, and provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users. Demonstrate strong technical capabilities along with business acumen; communicate progress and risk to key stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required. Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience; at least 3 years with SAP EWM. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and coordinating project-based teams. Proficiency in requirements definition, analysis, mapping, and SAP configuration. Willingness to travel up to 40–60% as needed by client engagements. Ideally, you’ll have
Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP knowledge; SAP certifications. Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM. Hands-on SAP system configuration, RICEF design, and testing. Experience creating end-user training materials; understanding of warehouse operations in distribution/manufacturing. What We Look For
