The Reservations & Customer Care (RES) division supports our customers throughout the entire travel journey, delivering world-class service experiences that reflect the heart of our brand. Within RES, the Project Management Office (PMO) leads the planning, governance, and prioritization of cross-divisional initiatives to ensure successful execution of efforts that support our Enterprise and Divisional goals. The PMO facilitates intake, prioritization, strategic portfolio management, and project execution—driving alignment, accountability, and measurable progress toward our annual plan and long-term objectives.

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic Project Manager with strong business acumen skills to join our team. This role requires a sharp thinker with excellent project leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills—someone who can operate across complex, cross-functional environments to drive high-impact outcomes. The ideal candidate excels in navigating ambiguity, possesses the ability to assertively lead discussions, and thrives at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Drive the RES strategic portfolio, partnering with senior leadership to evaluate new initiatives, facilitate intake, and lead prioritization efforts aligned to divisional and enterprise goals.

Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner, connecting the dots across projects, teams, and business objectives to ensure focus on the highest-impact work.

Lead portfolio governance by maintaining visibility into project health, resourcing, and risk, enabling informed decision-making and proactive course correction.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity on scope, ownership, and strategic fit.

Deliver executive-level reporting and insights, providing transparency into portfolio progress, dependencies, and performance against annual plan milestones.

Lead high-impact projects from initiation through closure to ensure clarity of goals, disciplined execution, and delivery of intended business value, including:

Develop and maintain project artifacts

Identify stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

Capture and communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities

Lead discussions and presentations at varying levels

Engage in analytical support to drive decision making

Advance the maturity of the RES PMO, contributing to the development of scalable tools, frameworks, and practices that strengthen our project and portfolio capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, Organizational Development, Business Strategy, Consulting, or related fields.

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.

Outstanding communication & executive presence skills, including experience crafting executive-level presentations and working with senior-leaders.

Ability to influence without authority, work independently, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and navigating organizational change.

Passion for continuous improvement, adaptability, and proactive leadership.

Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Aha, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, hybrid).

Experience working in customer service, operations, or travel-related environments.

Consulting background or experience in a highly matrixed, enterprise organization.

Able to independently implement solutions end to end utilizing analytic tools, including coordination, data analysis, process improvements, and developing/testing hypotheses to generate results.
