– Talent Acquisition Systems Administrator role located in Greenwood Village, CO. This position is Hybrid. Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Talent Acquisition Systems Administrator to join our high-performing TA Enablement team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and evolution of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and integrated recruitment technologies. The ideal candidate will balance day-to-day system support with strategic project contributions, driving continuous improvement in our talent acquisition technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the iCIMS ATS and its connected tools, ensuring optimal configuration and performance. Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to TA and HR users, resolving system issues and managing support tickets through platforms like ServiceNow. Lead and/or support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, HRIS, and external vendors. Maintain data integrity, user access controls, and workflow configurations to align with evolving business needs. Deliver training documentation and change management support to drive user adoption and system utilization. Monitor system performance and usage analytics to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and user experience improvements. Contribute to the development and enforcement of TA technology governance, security, and compliance standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR technology environment. Hands-on experience with iCIMS or similar enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Phenom, Greenhouse, Lever). Familiarity with HRIS integrations, API configurations, and data workflows is a plus. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Key Competencies

Technical Agility: Ability to handle and troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions while diffusing and resolving end user concerns. Stakeholder Collaboration: Effective communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Continuous Improvement: Passion for optimizing processes and leveraging technology to enhance the recruiter and candidate experience. Additional Information
