Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Pay, Benefits, and Perks
Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Benefits include health (medical, vision, dental), 401(k), company-paid life insurance, paid time off (PTO/PPTO), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave. Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, discounts, Military Leave Pay, and adoption/surrogacy expense reimbursement, subject to eligibility and plan terms. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
