Senior Consultant

to lead the

end-to-end migration

of our enterprise contact center from

Avaya to Genesys Cloud CX . Key Responsibilities

Migration & Implementation: Lead technical implementation and integration of Genesys Cloud CX Replace legacy Avaya and Verint infrastructure Design IVR workflows, agent routing, CRM integrations, and reporting Coordinate UAT, training, and go-live support Liaise with internal teams and external partners Skills / Qualifications

8+ years in telecom, contact center, or enterprise voice infrastructure Proven success in Avaya-to-Genesys CCaaS migrations Deep experience with Genesys Cloud CX (Architect, IVR, APIs, WFM) Familiarity with RightFax administration Length: 6-12 months Location: On-site travel when needed in New York (travel is paid for) Contract: C2C Seniority level
