As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues. Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers in a genuine, engaging way. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to meet customers’ needs. Create personal connections with guests to make tech approachable. Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. What We Offer

We’re proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off, with minimum sick leave provisions per applicable state law. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (e.g., November through December). At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods. Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training within two weeks of start date. This may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra. After You Apply
