Provides timely and practical legal advice to employees, executives, and directors. Conducts legal research, analyzes laws and regulations, and applies findings to business situations. Advises on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, product liability, employment, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and other business matters. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and advises on a variety of commercial agreements. Identifies, assesses, and advises on legal risks related to corporate and transactional matters, recommending appropriate actions to mitigate exposure. Supports due diligence and documentation for acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other corporate transactions. Assists with the preparation of the Company’s SEC filings and related disclosures. Manages disputes and litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and coordinating with outside counsel. Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and partners with process owners to implement enhancements. Manages relationships with outside counsel globally to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal services. Who we want
