Community Association Manager
to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations and their board members Oversee the implementation and enforcement of house rules, bylaws, and governing documents Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and provide follow-up communication Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure quality service Assist in preparing and managing association budgets and financial reports in coordination with accounting teams Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with state laws, insurance requirements, and community standards Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed documentation Position Requirements
Knowledge of homeowner/condominium associations, governing documents, and board operations CAM license or willingness to obtain one (if applicable in your state) Strong administrative and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) Job Perks
