(No Contractors or Freelancers) Business focus: Data Science, ML, MLOps & LLMOps with emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI, including experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems. Experience in underwriting is advantageous. Key Responsibilities
Design and Development:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of generative AI models and agentic chatbot systems for specific business use cases. Conversational AI Applications:
Build sophisticated multi-turn conversational AI applications for enhanced user interaction. Model Implementation:
Implement and customize LLMs, develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning approaches for optimal performance. AI Architecture:
Architect scalable AI solutions that handle high-volume, real-time interactions and integrate with enterprise infrastructure and APIs. Deployment and CI/CD:
Deploy AI solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises; design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and updates. Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor, log, and optimize deployed solutions; stay current with advances in generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems. Research and Framework Evaluation:
Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks; contribute to research initiatives and Proof-of-Concept projects. Mentoring:
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members on fine-tuning, RLHF, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures. Required Skills
Expertise in GenAI, AWS, agentic AI systems, and large language models (LLMs). Hands-on experience building conversational AI agents and chatbots with dialogue management, intent recognition, and entity extraction. Understanding of multi-agent systems and agent orchestration. Experience with conversation design principles and user experience optimization. Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns. API design and integration experience. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads. Competence in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing. Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers. Proficiency in API frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or similar. Experience with vector databases and embedding systems. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen). Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences. Adaptability to rapidly evolving AI technologies and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Preferred Experience
Underwriting experience is a plus, adding value to the role's business application understanding. Pay
The wage range for this role accounts for skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs. The current estimated range is:
$100,000 - $165,000 . A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Benefits
