Project Architect
with ~10+ years of experience, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for working on complex architectural projects. This is a role for someone who can lead through all phases—from concept through construction—and thrive in a firm that values design depth, technical rigor, and collaborative thinking. What You’ll Do
Lead design, documentation, and coordination on challenging architectural projects Manage consultant teams, project schedules, and deliverables across all phases Oversee QA/QC of drawings, code compliance, and constructability reviews Serve as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence Participate in project planning, programming, and strategic design direction What We’re Looking For
10+ years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership Registered (licensed) Architect Proven ability to manage complex projects through all phases Strong proficiency in Revit and related design/documentation tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A portfolio reflecting both design innovation and technical excellence Why This Firm
