C++ Developer

to design, build, and optimize high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role working directly with traders, researchers, and technologists to deliver cutting-edge solutions in global markets. What You’ll Do

Architect, develop, and maintain low-latency trading applications and market access systems in modern C++. Collaborate with quants, traders, and researchers to implement and refine algorithmic trading strategies. Design and implement exchange connectivity, order routing, and market data feed handlers across multiple asset classes and venues. Optimize systems for speed, scalability, and reliability through profiling, tuning, and latency analysis. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment and production support. Research new technologies, tools, and methods to continuously improve performance and code quality. What We’re Looking For

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field. 3+ years of professional experience developing performance-critical software in modern C++ (C++14 or newer). Strong knowledge of multi-threading, memory management, and network/socket programming (TCP/UDP). Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and network tools. Strong organizational and software architecture skills, with a focus on performance optimization. Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, or electronic trading. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. Nice to Have

Experience with Python or C#. Familiarity with exchange protocols (FIX, ITCH) and kernel-bypass/low-latency programming. About the Firm
