About This Opportunity: Overview: The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for elevating and modernizing 7-Eleven’s customer, store, and franchisee-facing experiences. You’ll work closely with our software teams to define product requirements and coordinate resources from key stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for identifying and tracking KPIs as you build these amazing experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a passion for user experience and professional experience building impactful and meaningful customer experiences. About the Team: The Enterprise Data team at 7-Eleven is building the foundation for intelligent, real-time, and personalized experiences across our digital and physical footprint. Our mission is to make data a strategic asset—well-managed, governed, and easily accessible—so that teams across the company can build smarter, faster, and more relevant solutions for our customers and franchisees. We’re a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and machine learning experts working together to unlock the full potential of enterprise data and generative AI. Our work powers everything from personalized promotions to predictive analytics. What You’ll Do:
Lead the development of personalization capabilities using AI/ML Models and intelligent customer segments to deliver context-aware, adaptive user experiences. Define and execute product strategies that connect enterprise data with AI to drive real-time decisioning, content generation, and customer engagement. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable, secure, and intuitive platforms that support personalization across 7-Eleven’s digital ecosystem. Partner with ML teams to operationalize ML Models for use cases such as customer intent prediction, dynamic content delivery, and intelligent automation. Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, privacy, and trust are embedded in every personalization initiative. Use experimentation and analytics to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and continuously refine personalization strategies. Proactively understand the customer, translating business goals and end user needs into product strategy – communicating direction and priorities to data engineers and developers for implementation, and managing and grooming the product backlog to create new capabilities Drive initiatives to unlock comprehensive, user friendly, and actionable reporting for our suite of CRM and Retail Media Network products Oversee and facilitate the implementation of MarTech data needs across CRM, personalization and Retail Media Communicate personalization vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders, including adjacent product teams and executive sponsors What You’ll Bring:
4+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on data platforms, personalization, or AI/ML. Proven ability to deliver data-driven products that balance innovation with operational excellence. Strong understanding of ML Models, and their application in real-world product experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision. A passion for solving end-user problems efficiently and effectively A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems), or a Master’s degree or MBA with a quantitative focus.
