Clean Harbors is seeking a District Administrative Manager to support the West, Midwest and Canada.

-Direct manager of district administrators for respective LOB working closely with district managers to monitor employees

-Reports to and collaborates with Director of Central Ops for respective LOB

-Point of contact for Regional, DVP and SVP's to support system and administrative internal escalations/questions.

-Point of contact for Corporate and GCC team leads and managers to support and resolve administrative escalations/questions.

-Monitor resolutions of customer escalated issues. Assure customer satisfaction, timely and accurate responses (invoice issues, PO's, DSO, credit/rebills, short pays, difficult customer calls, etc.)

-Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures. Drive consistent use of all systems (WIN, Mobile Worksheet, Workbenches, Onboarding, LMS Modules, etc.). Lead training and implementation of new systems, procedures and strategic initiatives.

-Work with BAC Manager to implement best practices and support to field.

-Report on process, quality and service improvements. Participate in discussions with business users and MIS

-Support branch initiatives and events as needed (large event, new large customer)

-Travel to struggling branches to monitor improvement. Attend meetings at corporate as needed. 25% expected travel

-Serves as support to District Admin and BAC's for vacations, LOA or increased workload coverage spikes as needed

Ability to multitask

Systematic knowledge, specifically Win Web, Oracle, Teams, Excel

Ability to host calls for a high volume of attendees

Create PowerPoint presentations

Create meeting agendas

Financial knowledge- P&L and Drills

Self-motivated and driven

Strong communication, typing and word process skills

Previous experience with hazardous waste shipping/materials preferred
