$250k+ base salary - RSUs Responsibilities
Build and optimize foundation-scale models for single-cell and high-dimensional biological datasets Collaborate with biologists to ensure outputs are interpretable and biologically meaningful Explore novel architectures (transformers, diffusion, multimodal models) for biological representation learning Develop scalable, distributed pipelines for trillion-token-scale training Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other ML researchers Qualifications
6+ years in machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale data analysis (biological data experience preferred) Advanced degree (MS/PhD strongly preferred) in AI, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field Proven track record with transformer-based architectures and large-scale ML systems Experience driving research from prototype through to production Passion for applying advanced ML to advance biology and healthcare Why Join
