KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Head of Procurement Operations to join our Global Procurement Group, which is part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities
Lead a multi-functional team for procurement operations that includes multiple procurement systems, procurement processes, data, offshore transactional sourcing and change management
Drive implementation of Global Procurement priorities as outlined in GP's three-year roadmap
Oversee compliance with KPMG International policies and report to KPMG's Audit Committee and Board as needed
Support Audits (Information Security, ISO) that require participation/inputs from Global Procurement
Interface with Member Firm Procurement leaders to standardize process, data collection and policies as applicable
Support/co-lead operational efficiency projects sponsored/led by Global Chief Procurement Officer
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent experience and prior experience in procurement operations is required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or ten years of relevant work experience in procurement and finance operations
Certifications in Procurement or Finance/Accounting preferred
Proven experience of leading a large team of ten or more people
Ability to lead a team located in multiple geographies across the world
