Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the State of Wisconsin Current Patient Care Hours
Monday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
