Summary: As a Product Owner, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that satisfy customer needs and achieve business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders—to define product requirements, prioritize features, and guide the product development lifecycle. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, accountability, and excellent communication skills to effectively champion the product vision and drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities

Lead the product development process from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, market trends, and customer needs. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities. Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable epics, user stories, specifications, and development tasks. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones. Analyze and conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user testing to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and timeline for product development initiatives. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective execution of product development projects. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that drive customer satisfaction and engagement. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and professional development opportunities. Complete product demos with key stakeholders in and outside the organization. Collect product feedback through multiple channels for products owned. Collaborate with Accounting on ROI metrics for products and follow up reporting at key intervals of product adoption. Analyze key prioritization criteria with stakeholders and translate into actionable metrics. Review API platforms (Postman, Swagger, etc.) and API documentation to translate into working user stories. Query SQL databases to determine key data points needed for business requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as a product owner or product manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software products or digital solutions. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in an agile environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform product strategy and decision-making. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results. Technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, technologies, and tools. Experience utilizing Jira to manage all aspects of the product process to include ceremonies and reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex and fast-paced environments. Experience utilizing Postman, Swagger, and other API platforms. Comfortable querying SQL databases to assist in translating complex business requirements. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering solutions that delight customers. Experience determining different types of value within a prioritization framework (Tactical, Cross, Business, etc.). Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Product Owner) is a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer
