Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) TMT Manager — PwC. Full-time role with travel up to 40%. This role focuses on providing strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed deal-related decisions. Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
Master of Business Administration in Management, Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics (preferred) Experience leading top-performing teams in data analytics, consulting, and/or private equity Experience analyzing markets and assessing company performance Working with alternative data and market data sets Broad knowledge of financial statements and business cycles Leading projects in dynamic, collaborative environments Delivering strategic, creative business results Managing multi-resource engagements and off-shore resources Advanced technical capabilities in data and analytics Learn more

Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable employment laws.
