Perform routine maintenance and updates on applications and systems. Diagnose and repair technical issues promptly. Install and configure new equipment and systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs in Service Now CMDB. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Provide technical support and training to staff as needed. Qualifications

Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field. Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Collaboration applications and tools; ability to understand technical systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Working arrangements and location

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Core office locations are Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Salary ranges

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560 IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480 All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate's qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills. This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
