Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory processes. This position involves managing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and ensuring the safe handling of materials.
Responsibilities
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information and counting, weighing, or measuring items.
Unload trucks for inbound shipments, ensuring materials are received in satisfactory condition.
Load trucks for outbound shipments, ensuring materials are stacked properly to prevent damage.
Pick and pack contents for domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy.
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of packaging methods and ability to determine packaging requirements.
Ability to follow standard work instructions, be reliable, and punctual.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of spreadsheets for cycle counting responsibilities.
Capable of understanding weights and measures.

Work Environment
The position operates on a first shift from 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch break. The work takes place in a warehouse environment equipped with large fans, which may become hot during the summer. Personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed boots, is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
