Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Focus on Frontend) – Evinova

This role focuses on frontend UI development, with opportunities to contribute to backend work when relevant.
Introduction to Role We are revolutionizing clinical trials by developing cutting-edge digital solutions that connect patients, healthcare professionals, and regulators. You will be part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with product owners, UI designers and backend developers to create a robust UI experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during development for use in clinical trials.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining functionality for web and mobile applications.
Ensuring the UI is robust, responsive and high-performing, and contributing to system architecture.
Collaborating with DevOps and Platform teams to deploy new UI features smoothly.
Working with engineers, product owners and stakeholders to refine features and meet requirements.
Writing high-quality, testable code with a test automation mindset.
Diagnosing, resolving bugs and performance issues and analyzing to improve troubleshooting.
Participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Essential Skills / Experience
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React/React Native.
Experience with HTTP, HTML, CSS, REST APIs and JSON structure, OpenAPI spec.
Experience with at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Node.js) including building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with unit tests and a BDD framework like Cucumber.
Experience with AWS tooling.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies.
Desirable Skills / Experience
Experience incorporating generative AI tools in projects.
Experience implementing UI using micro frontends.
Experience designing solutions for complex projects within large organizations.
Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux.

Total Rewards The annual base pay range for this position is from $123,114 to $184,671. Overtime pay applies for hourly non-exempt employees. Base pay may vary based on location, knowledge, skills and experience. Benefits include retirement plans, paid vacation and holidays, health coverage and other details provided with an offer of employment. This is an at-will position and the company reserves the right to modify pay and benefits.
