Talent Discovery Specialist @ Hire Talent An Enterprise Network Architect designs, implements, and maintains complex enterprise network infrastructures across multi-site and hybrid environments. The architect brings deep expertise in advanced network engineering, with a strong focus on BGP, Cisco routing and switching, high-availability architectures, and network security. The Enterprise Network Architect architects and operates cloud network environments across major platforms including AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP. This includes designing VPCs/VNets, configuring cloud routing and peering, implementing advanced security frameworks, and deploying network automation. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures across multi-site and hybrid environments. Develop high-availability architectures and robust security postures for networks. Design, configure, and manage cloud network environments across AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP, including VPCs/VNets, cloud routing, and peering. Implement network automation to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to align network architecture with business requirements and security standards. Qualifications and Skills

Strong expertise in enterprise network design, cloud networking, and security with deep knowledge of BGP; ability to build resilient, high-availability network infrastructures. 6 years of experience within the last 8 years in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise network infrastructure, including multi-site and hybrid environments. 6 years of experience within the last 8 years in configuring and managing BGP, Cisco routing and switching, security, data center architecture, and high-availability design. 3 years of experience within the last 5 years architecting and managing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP, including VPC/VNet design, cloud routing, peering, security, and network automation. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) plus AWS/Azure cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate). Skills (Preferred)

Expertise in Cisco networking technologies (routers, switches, data center solutions such as Nexus, VXLAN, and ACI); Proficiency in BGP configuration, route propagation, attributes, and policy-based routing; cloud firewall experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI); Ability to identify and resolve complex BGP issues (route leaks, path selection anomalies, peering conflicts); Designing resilient network architectures with high availability, failover, and redundancy for mission-critical systems; Designing and implementing hybrid cloud connectivity using Megaport, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and Site-to-Site VPNs; Deep understanding of cloud-native networking and security best practices, IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
