Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing success of our clients — from strategy to execution — while also supporting the launch and growth of RVM’s internal SaaS projects.
This role is perfect for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working across industries, and enjoys turning big-picture ideas into measurable growth. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their digital presence, campaigns, and results — while also helping RVM expand its own digital footprint.
What You’ll Do
Client Marketing & Strategy
Act as the strategic lead for assigned client accounts, managing all marketing initiatives end-to-end.
Build and execute cohesive marketing plans that integrate SEO, content, social media, paid media, and web optimization.
Oversee website management and ensure all client digital touchpoints are optimized for conversion and visibility.
Create and manage content calendars that align with each client’s business goals and brand tone.
Execute and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and continuously improve performance.
Drive community engagement, ensuring each client’s audience feels connected, informed, and inspired.
Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
SaaS Project Management
Support the launch and go-to-market strategy for new internal RVM SaaS projects.
Collaborate across marketing, design, and development teams to build strong funnels, positioning, and user acquisition strategies.
Manage pre-launch marketing, ongoing campaigns, and community engagement for SaaS products.
Analyze campaign data and optimize growth tactics across the customer lifecycle.
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across marketing channels using Google Analytics, Meta Suite, SEMrush, and other tools.
Use data to refine strategies, test new approaches, and continuously improve results for both clients and RVM’s internal initiatives.
Identify new growth opportunities — from automation to emerging digital trends.
What You Bring
4+ years of marketing experience (agency or SaaS preferred).
Proven success managing marketing strategies across multiple clients or projects.
Strong grasp of SEO, paid media, analytics, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills — you know how to make clients feel like true partners.
Experience working with small businesses, startups, or entrepreneurs.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically — plan big, execute small, measure everything.
Experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, and automation platforms (Zapier, GoHighLevel, etc.).
Bonus Skills
Experience with SaaS or product launches.
Background in design, copywriting, or branding.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-generation automation.
Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner.
