As a Sales Director at Clozd, you will coordinate sales activities while building and developing a top-performing sales team. You will identify and implement best practices for our growing sales department to drive rapid success. You will be a key leader who propels a growing team and directly engages in customer sales activities. This is an in-office position in Lehi, UT (Mon-Fri). What you will be doing

Build and sustain relationships with key sales partners and clients Review existing sales processes and advise on adapting strategies to optimize the sales cycle and conversion metrics Train and develop a competitive sales team Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the sales pipelines, revenue, and sales cycle length Develop and establish new and creative approaches to increase revenue What you need to have

Applicable sales experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 3+ years of sales management experience 3+ years experience meeting sales goals and building teams in the SaaS industry Eagerness to join a startup and help propel rapid growth Experience building and developing sales teams Excellent communication, mediation, coaching, and interpersonal skills Sense of urgency and ability to multitask Experience analyzing and consulting on strategies and commission structures Proven experience in data-driven and forward-thinking approaches to generating revenue Cultural alignment with Clozd’s core values of vision, drive, empathy, stewardship, authenticity and integrity In-office availability in Lehi, UT (Mon-Fri) Benefits
