Allied Universal is hiring a Travel Risk Manager. The Travel Risk Manager is responsible for determining the organizational requirements to plan for the safe travel security of client executives and employees. The Travel Risk Manager will identify individuals and teams needed to plan and execute the travel plans and defines the relationship between the various teams and individuals in the Travel Risk Management program. Provides appropriate response measures for global incidents and crises impacting the traveling population. Provide safe travel planning within business lines to ensure continuity readiness and compliance with the Global Security Travel Risk Management Program Standards; maintain accurate and timely updated travel plans, communicate plan status including enhancements and issues that could impact resiliency to the Travel Risk Management program; provide travelers with relevant and balanced travel security advice pertinent to their travel destination and personal profile Provide analytical reports on emerging risks; monitor new and emerging travel and corporate security threats and provide a balanced threat assessment to support the client's business activities in developed and emerging markets Actively lead testing and training within business lines; support efforts during a business interruption, times of crisis and world events as required Oversee international health and safety standards, policies, practices and procedures; administer the client's international crisis management plan when required; evaluate risk associated with emerging trends, world events and travel alerts in areas where the client has a presence Oversee review of international travel registration, travel tracking, risk messaging; support compliance; consider special health, safety and security circumstances for client employees; create and maintain systems for reporting incidents and tracking cases; analyze trends and refine preparedness and practices; build alliances with key stakeholders Serve as the first point of contact for incidents and developing crisis abroad; handle on-call duties beyond regular hours; coordinate responses with client stakeholders; develop and manage alerts for significant events; investigate breaches of travel security and data Provide training and expert advice on global health, safety and security to client leadership and employees; conduct site visits and safety assessments; act as primary liaison to external organizations on international travel issues; analyze open-source information to define security risks; provide regular updates relevant to Travel Risk Management Manage relationships with Global Security Managers to collect data and ensure plan execution; maintain the Travel Risk Management Program including testing exercises and development of guides; monitor world events and adjust plans; maintain the Travel Risk Management website Develop processes to capture, report, and understand travel risk; establish relationships with business users; design reports, metrics and dashboards using data analytics Produce proactive data analytics and reporting to identify risk, themes and business trends; undertake process improvements as locations are added Qualifications (Must Have)

Must possess one or more of the following: Master’s degree in business management; Bachelor’s degree in business management with at least two (2) years of experience in Travel Risk or Incident Management; Associate’s degree in business management with at least five (5) years of experience in Travel Risk or Incident Management Minimum of one (1) year of Travel Risk or Incident Management experience Experience in the commercial travel market Proven ability to analyze geopolitical and physical security risks and produce detailed threat assessment reports Proven ability to develop and implement security, risk and governance strategies, policies and processes; ability to audit programs Ability to resolve issues in role-specific dimensions Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
