Overview

Senior Manager, AI & Analytics to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that redefine how data, AI, and automation are leveraged for strategic advantage. This role will own the evolution of the organization\'s advanced analytics and AI strategy, with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic foresight, and leadership capability to drive transformative innovation across functions. This role will be based out of West Los Angeles corporate office and work a hybrid schedule in office Monday through Wednesday with opportunity to work from home Thursday and Friday. Responsibilities

Define and execute a holistic data strategy that aligns with business objectives and fuels digital transformation across the organization. Establish and manage a centralized enterprise data strategy that includes data governance, catalog, quality, lineage, and access control. Build a robust data catalog and self-service discovery tools to ensure data accessibility for all business units across finance, HR, supply chain, operations, and customer-facing teams. Drive the integration and ingestion of data from diverse internal and external sources, including ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), cloud apps, IoT, unstructured content, and legacy databases. Lead development and deployment of LLMs and GenAI applications, such as conversational agents, summarization tools, code generation assistants, and document intelligence systems. Architect and implement agentic AI frameworks to automate multi-step business processes, enabling intelligent decision-making and self-operating systems. Deliver at least two full-cycle LLM/GenAI projects including model selection/customization (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG implementation, and production deployment. Guide the creation and operationalization of ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and optimization. Build and scale enterprise-grade data pipelines using modern cloud-based data platforms to support AI/ML workloads and real-time analytics. Integrate with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to deliver actionable dashboards and self-service analytics. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML/AI engineers, and BI developers. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and responsible AI practices. Enable enterprise-wide adoption of AI/GenAI by developing frameworks, reusable components, and CoE best practices. Act as a strategic advisor to business and executive teams, promoting data-driven thinking and AI readiness across all levels of the organization. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years in advanced analytics, data science and AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership or strategy-driving capacity. Minimum of 5 years working with ERP application data (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP). Proven experience leading at least two (2) end-to-end GenAI/LLM projects in enterprise settings (e.g., chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants). Strong hands-on and technical background in: Python, SQL, REST APIs ML/LLM frameworks: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex Data platforms: cloud-based data warehouses, enterprise BI tools (e.g., Power BI) MLOps, prompt engineering, vector stores, and RAG architecture Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP analytics solutions (e.g., Finance, HCM, or SCM modules). Experience developing agent-based GenAI systems. Familiarity with GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar. AI/ML certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty). Prior experience in regulated industries such as finance, manufacturing, or healthcare. Pay Range:

$180,000 - $200,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Additional Information
