processes. Job Responsibilities
Manage and execute large-scale
Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects
from concept to finish. Optimize the efficiency and reliability of
Air Pressure Systems
critical to production. Maintain and improve specialized
Liquid (Chocolate) Food Systems
and related equipment. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the facility to boost productivity and quality. Collaborate with production and maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and schedule targets. Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and process upgrades. Ensure all engineering projects comply with strict food safety and regulatory standards. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex equipment issues. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures, implementing corrective actions. Train and mentor junior technical staff on new systems and best engineering practices. Implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximize asset lifespan and performance. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ;
Master's Degree
is highly preferred. 3-5 years of documented experience managing
large, complex engineering projects
in food. Proven track record with
CapEx project management
within a manufacturing environment. 3-5 years of dedicated
Continuous Improvement
in confectionery or snack food production. Deep expertise in
chocolate manufacturing processes
and related liquid/air systems. Application
