UST is looking for a Delivery/Program Manager who is well versed in the Healthcare domain and SAFe methodology and responsible for program management, defining strategy, execution, and its commercial success, to work with one of the VP of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The Opportunity

Hybrid: In office/remote Project Management: Overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery Team Leadership: Guiding and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact to the VP, facilitating information flow, and managing expectations between teams and clients Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential obstacles, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues that could impact project delivery or quality Process Improvement: Continuously monitoring and optimizing the delivery process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and high service levels This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide diverse teams Project Management: Expertise in project planning, coordination, and execution, often utilizing Agile and Lean methodologies Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues effectively Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of the technologies or services being delivered Financial Management: Awareness of budget constraints and financial implications of project decisions Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with various departments and team members Qualification: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background MBA preferred US Healthcare experience preferred SAFe Agile Certification or equivalent experience preferred Compensation and Location Role Location: Illinois Compensation Range: $106,000-$159,000 Benefits

Full-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, and Company-paid basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. 401(k) with employer matching; HSA/FSAs as allowable.
