Overview
AI Agent Developer – SDLC Acceleration at Capgemini. Location: Charlotte, NC. Design, build, and scale agentic AI solutions that automate requirement analysis, coding, testing, observability, and DevSecOps workflows across Python, .NET, Angular, and enterprise-scale platforms. The role focuses on governance, scalability, and self-healing automation to enable enterprise adoption of AI-driven development practices. Responsibilities
AI Agent Development: design and implement AI agents for requirement analysis, user story generation, and documentation; build coding and DevSecOps agents to automate design, code generation, unit testing, and security checks; develop validation agents for test case generation, automation scripts, and synthetic test data; create observability agents for AIOps, performance insights, and unified monitoring dashboards. Enterprise Integration: integrate LLMs into CI/CD pipelines, SDLC toolchains, and enterprise workflows; deploy agents across multi-language environments (Python, .NET, Angular); develop composite actions, reusable workflows, and enterprise-ready deployment patterns. Collaboration & Adoption: partner with developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions; drive organization-wide adoption of intelligent agents with governance and monitoring; provide AI-generated explanations and learning pathways to improve developer productivity; translate system requirements into comprehensive test strategies. Your skills and experience: strong expertise in AI Agent Development (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar); proficiency in LLMs integration for automation across SDLC phases; ability to design and build observability and AIOps agents; development experience in C# .NET; experience in prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and self-healing systems; proven track record in integrating automation into enterprise SDLC pipelines; strong client-facing skills. Qualifications
Strong expertise in AI Agent Development (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar). Proficiency in LLMs integration for SDLC automation. Experience designing observability and AIOps agents. Development experience in C# .NET; proficiency in prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and self-healing systems; proven integration of automation into enterprise SDLC pipelines; strong client-facing skills. Secondary Skills
Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Octopus). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Knowledge of software testing frameworks and QA automation tools. Familiarity with observability platforms (Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK).
