Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to provide temporary staff support services to the DC Department of Health. Position Description
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of government contracts to ensure efficient performance and compliance. This role involves preparing, examining, analyzing, and revising contracts, as well as serving as the primary liaison between the company and the government client on contractual matters. Position Responsibilities
Monitor contract performance by tracking deliverables, timelines, and compliance with all terms and conditions. Prepare and review contract modifications, extensions, and closeout documentation. Serve as the point of contact for government counterparts regarding contract administration issues. Ensure that all contractual actions and records are maintained in accordance with company policy and government regulations. Review invoices to ensure they are accurate and submitted in accordance with contract requirements. Identify, track, and assist in resolving potential contract issues or disputes. Provide guidance on contract requirements and interpretation to the project team. Position Requirements
4-6 years of experience in government contract administration. Working knowledge of local (District of Columbia) and federal government contracting principles and regulations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Details
