Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Project Managers to provide temporary staff support services to the DC Department of Health.

Position Description: The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, execution, and completion of projects. Responsibilities scale with seniority, from planning and executing specific project objectives (Level I) to overseeing all aspects of projects (Level II) to directly supervising and managing large, complex projects (Level III). All levels are expected to manage timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Level I: Plan, execute, and finalize specific project objectives according to deadlines and budget requirements.

Level I: Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors.

Level I: Define project objectives and monitor quality control throughout its life cycle.

Level II: Oversee all aspects of projects; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and manage project timelines.

Level II: Monitor and summarize progress in status reports for senior management.

Level II: Develop and implement strategies and quality assurance processes.

Level III: Directly supervise, direct, and manage large and complex projects.

Level III: Set and manage project timelines, deadlines, budgets, and delegate responsibility to junior project managers.

Level III: Possess the highest level of communication with contractors and clients concerning project budgets, staffing, and scheduling.

Level III: Ensure final project deliverables and deadlines are met, costs are within budget, and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

3 to 8+ years of experience managing large, complex projects, including budget and staff management.

Experience in planning and executing projects, coordinating resources, and monitoring quality control.

Ability to oversee all project aspects, manage timelines, and develop QA processes.

Proven experience managing large, complex projects, including budget and staff management, and high-level client communication (Level III).

Job Duration: 1-year contract with a high possibility for extension

Pay Range: $42.50 - $66.64 per hour
