Quality Assurance Technician IAbout the Role

As a QA Technician I, you’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform measurements, tests, and inspections to verify product specifications
Audit food products for compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality and regulatory issues
Document corrective actions and assess facility cleanliness and compliance
Measure weights, dimensions, and ensure packaging integrity and labeling accuracy
Operate standard lab equipment and digital tools (e.g., tablets/iPads)
Communicate with various departments to support quality initiatives
Maintain training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1–2 years of experience in QA or food manufacturing (preferred)
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
Familiarity with GMPs and food safety standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
