Overview
Integrated Logistics Support Analyst - Position Description. We have immediate hire openings for a Mid-Level Integrated Logistics Support Analyst to join our PMS 377 UR team supporting our Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) team in Washington, DC. ICI Services provides integral, quality support to multiple Navy organizations through a team of professionals including acquisition analysts, financial analysts, engineers, logisticians, technicians, IT professionals, and ship production specialists.
Responsibilities
Issue Management: Identify and prepare responses for ILS issues during program reviews (PSMTs, QPRs, BWSRs, ILA/LSA). Meeting Coordination & Support: Assist with, participate in, coordinate, and document various ILS meetings (PSMT, LSA, LHA/LPD ILS meetings); record minutes, provide logistical support, brief, and track action items. Documentation & Quality Assurance: Assess and provide feedback on ILS documentation, draft instructions, and product deliverables; assist in developing logistics support plans (LCSP, DMSMS) and consider logistics in program planning. Data Management: Manage and update action item databases and perform tasks within an Integrated Data Environment (IDE), including folder creation and document uploads. CDRL Support: Serve as the primary backup for coordinating Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) efforts for logistic products related to LHA. Experience Requirements
5-7 years of professional experience; a “High Mid-Level” indicating 7-10 years. Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Effective written and oral communication skills. Educational & Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. Travel
The role requires the ability to travel 10% of the time, so flexibility for occasional travel is needed. EEO & Compliance
