Chief Financial Officer

to advance strategic growth objectives, lead short and long-term planning, and establish a best-in-class financial controls environment. Reporting directly to the President of Universal Air Filter/Whirl-Pak, the CFO will be an essential thought partner for the Leadership Team and should support decision making across critical factors of the business. An entrepreneurial approach and a high level of accountability to team goals are key success factors to ensure growth targets are met, financial results are delivered, and a culture of performance is fostered. Responsibilities

Lead the Finance and IT teams based in St. Louis, MO and supporting the Pleasant Prairie, WI location. Report to the CFO with the Controller, Accounting Manager, and contract IT resources. Develop and mentor Accounting teams, drive process improvement, and ensure compliance with accounting standards (Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP). Partner with the Leadership Team to establish performance benchmarks and deliver timely financial analysis to inform decisions and improve drivers of results. Oversee accounting policies, processes, systems, and IT infrastructure to meet financial reporting requirements and remain compliant. Collaborate across the organization to plan, strategize, and execute for growth, including market analysis, pricing strategy, and customer-focused problem solving. possess deep ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics/Epicor) and manage related transactions; experience in a manufacturing environment is critical. Maintain proper accounting controls and procedures; accelerate operating cash flow conversion through profitability, working capital efficiency, and capital expenditures. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (CPA/MBA a plus). 8+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of managerial experience (experience managing multiple sites is a plus).
