Senior Product Manager (Print) at
Jiffy.com . We are a fast-growing startup building the defining company at the intersection of AI, apparel, and culture. We move at a blinding pace, operate in one-week release cycles, and are looking for a builder with a founder's mentality to join our core team. We are not iterating; we are inventing. If you're tired of big-tech bureaucracy and want to build a rocketship from the ground up, this is your call. This is not a typical Product Manager role. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and growth-oriented product leader to architect the engine of our direct-to-consumer business. Your mission is to build a best-in-class e-commerce experience that is not just seamless but inherently viral. You will own the customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase, optimizing every step of the funnel while engineering growth loops that turn our users into our most powerful acquisition channel. You will be pointed at our most ambiguous growth challenges and given the autonomy to transform our platform into a self-perpetuating, category-defining brand. Your performance will be measured by the product you ship and its impact on conversion, retention, and viral coefficient.
Responsibilities
Own the customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase; optimize every step of the funnel. Architect and implement growth loops that turn users into an acquisition channel. Address ambiguous growth challenges with autonomy to transform the platform. Ship products with measurable impact on conversion, retention, and viral coefficient.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required in computer science or similar. 6+ years of experience in product management. Deep E-commerce & Conversion Expertise: CRO, A/B testing, personalization, merchandising, and checkout flow design. Physical E-commerce Expertise: experience with moving physical goods, inventory, and tangible commerce challenges. Instinct for Viral Growth: growth loops, network effects, and referral mechanics. Relentless Customer Obsession: translate user behavior and qualitative feedback into product features. Deep Technical Literacy: CS/engineering background or equivalent; comfortable in architecture discussions and API contexts. Wartime Owner Mentality: independent, action-oriented, end-to-end ownership. Proven Shipping Experience: track record of shipping consumer-facing products with growth. First-Principles & Analytical Rigor: data-driven problem solving and metric-driven decisions. AI-Native Execution: leverage AI tools to accelerate velocity and quality. Exceptional Written & Verbal Clarity: articulate strategy and create clear specs.
Preferred Qualifications
Startup DNA: experience at seed/Series A or building your own venture. Domain Passion: interest in AI, fashion, creator economies, or social commerce. Design Acumen: UX sensibility and collaboration with designers. MarTech Experience: analytics, email, attribution, CRM integration.
Not a Fit
Not comfortable with acting as a servant to users and mission-driven goals. Not a fit for those who prefer a traditional “glorified project manager” role. Cannot ship in one-week cycles; needs longer release cadences. Prefer to manage engineers rather than empower them with vision and context. Unwilling to pivot when a better opportunity arises or is identified.
