LaSalle Network is hiring a Backend Developer – Data for a global organization undergoing a major digital transformation. The role focuses on building data integration APIs and scalable data pipelines to support operations across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. Responsibilities
Develop robust backend APIs to facilitate data integration between Informatica P360 and internal platforms Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and JavaScript frameworks (especially Next.js) Integrate data with Kafka and PostgreSQL as part of a modern event-driven architecture Translate complex data migration needs into scalable, reliable backend solutions Collaborate with enterprise architects and senior IT stakeholders to shape architecture decisions Troubleshoot integration challenges, improve performance, and support production rollouts Stay hands-on with the full development lifecycle, from planning to release Qualifications
Experience with backend data integration, ETL workflows, or PIM systems Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (Next.js experience a plus) Working knowledge of Kafka and PostgreSQL Experience with Informatica P360 and its API integrations (strongly preferred) Solid understanding of API development and system integration Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across business and technical teams Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and cross-functional collaborators About LaSalle Network
