Aditum Bio is seeking a
Senior Director & Head of Information Technology
to own the oversight, strategy and implementation of Aditum Bio’s corporate information technology and systems. The Head of IT will enable highly efficient and secure business operations, working closely with leadership, portfolio companies, our development teams and service providers. Responsibilities
Ensure that information technology infrastructure is available, secure and compliant, enabling seamless business continuity and efficiency for the company and its associates. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of critical systems such as Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, hardware systems and all clinical SaaS programs. Design, develop and deploy the company’s IT strategy in partnership with key internal stakeholders and external vendors. Develop functional plans for managing information technology and security for the company, including activities to be performed in-house or through third-party relationships to best manage the company’s information systems. Evaluate opportunities for strategic outsourcing versus building internal capabilities and determine key inflection points. Provide first line support for critical systems and/or users Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal) to ensure compliant IT policies that support regulations such as CFR Part 11 and GDPR. Manage Aditum Bio’s IT budget Qualifications
BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, preferably within a fast-paced biotech environment Experience managing functions such as information systems, computer operations, network systems, data warehousing, telecommunications, enterprise wide systems, applications programming and internal systems programming. Experience overseeing the acquisition and maintenance of enterprise IT equipment. Knowledge of life sciences industry and the drug development process Demonstrated experience in contingency planning, disaster preparedness, and development of policies supporting regulatory requirements A “no job is too small” attitude, with a willingness to serve as a helpdesk contact for employees and develop a strategic, long-term vision for the company’s IT systems Ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions Ability to analyze and communicate complex IT issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated alignment with Aditum Bio’s values: Collaborative, Curious, Courageous and Patient-Centric Seniority level
