Tesla . We are seeking a Refund Operations Specialist to join Tesla's Finance Team. This role focuses on managing customer payments, processing refunds, and supporting automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Do
Actively support the processing and approval of refunds across different business units Handle daily processing of customer payments via credit cards, checks, and wires Support ongoing automation initiatives related to customer payment processes Assist with cleanup projects tied to accounts receivable and escheatment Resolve posting discrepancies related to aged checks Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial records Contribute to process improvements for enhanced efficiency What You'll Bring
Minimum 4 years of experience in an accounting or operations role Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience Bank and cash management experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in handling large datasets Expert skills in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions Comfort with preparing journal entries Benefits
