Ethics & Compliance Staff Analyst – White Plains, NY ECLARO is seeking a candidate for our client, America\'s largest state power organization, a national leader in energy efficiency and clean energy technology. Responsibilities
Data entry of Client and Canals\' employees\' ethics training completion in the NYS database. Interface with the Technical Training Department on all ECO training initiatives, including ethics and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission compliance modules. Administer ECO cases and data in the Archer eGRC platform. Coordinate Compliance Repository SharePoint reviews, certifications and workflows. Verify and update Compliance Repository user account statuses and user access. Monitor Client and Canals\' external websites for compliance with statutory posting requirements. Support ECO with implementation of Committee Governance standards and other program needs. Required Qualifications
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Flexibility in prioritization of a continually changing workload. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task to completion. Exceptional communication skills; ability to handle sensitive conversations with employees. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage stakeholder expectations. Advanced analytical skills to assess project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions (desirable). Demonstrable experience in the electric utility industry or a corporate/governmental environment with ethics or compliance responsibilities. Compensation
Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr Pay Rate: $30.00-$40.00/Hour Benefits
